   Here’s my suggestion for the ToF-Crew:
   Premium Accounts.
   Premium Accounts that guarantee access to the newest episode AT MIDNIGHT every week. The rest gets to look at them around 09:30 the next morning. But you could get a shitload of money from a monthly fee for Premium Accounts. And quit your daytime jobs with that, so the Premium Fictionauts will get what they deserve!
